IN ADDITION to the nightly/weekly or monthly rates, the following are also charged:

  • 15% tax and fees to the City, County, and State (I have no control over this.)
  • $500 cleaning fee (and they earn every dime!).
  • $100 fee for cleaning the HOT TUB – which has to be totally emptied each time and serviced because of the number of people using it. Whether you think you will use it or not, this is a set fee because 99.99% of the people always use it. It is VERY relaxing after a fun, but long day at the beach!

What sets Mama Bear Cabin apart from others is just a very family oriented, unique, cozy log cabin made for all families.  Guest say it feels like home when they visit. They don’t want to leave the cabin! It’s walking distance to the lakes, shops & restaurants, and there’s free boat and ATVs parking.
